The company originally opened offices in New Port Richey, providing property management to a number of British homeowners needing someone to look after their properties whilst they were not there. The great service and solutions Elocin Nire & Universal provided soon spread and the demand for their work was tremendous.

Elocin Nire & Universal then began to market & operate offices in Sarasota / Bradenton, Cape Coral and finally Fort Myers, which is where our head office and central reservations are based. We have deep roots in the UK, but have added staff and affiliates in many other countries such as Russia, Canada, Mexico & Columbia. Elocin Nire & Universal is truly an international company.

We have contracts with all the leading tour operators from both sides of the Atlantic such as Virgin Holidays, Welcome USA, Travel City, Thompson and TUI Netherlands, just to name a few. This gives homeowners wishing to recoup some of the running costs involved in owning a second home a good return.
